We mainly focus on Weddings but aren’t limited to these. We also offer engagement and family portrait sessions.
Of course! If we are available on your wedding date, we’ll be happy to set up a consultation with you either in person or over video call.
We do not charge extra for weddings in Metro Sydney however this excludes weddings in Sydney CBD. There is an additional $150 to cover our team’s travel expenses.
For weddings outside of Sydney Metro eg. Southern Highlands, Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains region it is $150. We will offer a custom quote for weddings where overnight stay is required.
Yes! We’ve documented a few weddings around Australia as well as Asia, the Pacific islands and Europe too. We offer special rates for destination weddings, so do get in touch!
We highly recommend an engagement shoot because it will help you both to get comfortable in front of the camera. We find that couples who have done an engagement shoot are more relaxed during the location shoot on their wedding day. It is also a great way to get to know your photographer!
No later than 2 months prior to the wedding day. This will allow us enough time to turnaround photos incase you plan to use them for the wedding day. We have limited availability during weekends and are most flexible during weekdays (most places are often less crowded too!). Engagement shoots are scheduled around sunrise or 1-2hrs before sunset in the afternoon.
We will have an additional video editor working alongside the videographers from the start of the day. The editor will put together a trailer style video to be played during the reception. The video will include snippets from getting ready up until the start of reception. We aim to have it ready for showing by 9-9:30PM. This will be an additional video on top of the video package and not an express edit of your wedding highlight video. Your highlight video will have more footage from the reception.
We aim to deliver final files 3-4 months after the wedding date however this is dependent on how busy we are, in some cases we can turnaround much faster than this timeframe as well. We do try to share sneak peeks within the first month after your wedding day. As for portraits, these take about 3-4 weeks to be edited and finalised.
12 months. We strongly recommend clients to make multiple back ups of their wedding files as soon as they receive them.
Yes. We are happy to provide raw video files onto a hard drive or USB supplied by the client at no extra cost.
Of course! We’re happy to discuss through your plans for the day and ensure that theres enough time to capture all the important moments without feeling rushed.
We do not take bookings more than 18 months in advance but happy to respond to enquiries and send over our packages to help with planning. If you are getting married within the next year, we urge you to get in contact with us ASAP especially if it is during peak wedding season as dates can get snapped up really quickly.
Just let us know which package you’d like to book as well as any add ons. We’ll then send a quote via our booking site for you to follow through which will include a few questions, contract and payment details.
A 30% non-refundable deposit of your total quote is required at the time of booking to secure your date. We only accept payments by bank transfer, and the balance to be paid by two weeks prior to your wedding day.
